1. Strong knowledge of Python (required)
2. Curiosity to learn frameworks, especially Frappe/ERPNext
3. Willingness to work on open-source projects in team environments
4. Good problem-solving and communication skills
5. Prior web development experience in Python
6. Exposure to frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI
7. Familiarity with front-end tech such as CSS/JS/React
