Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
  2. Resolving customer queries and requests.
  3. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
  5. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
  6. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  7. Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
Qualifications
  1. Any Graduate Fresher.
  2. 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
