Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as prior authorization billing, claims, or patient support.
  2. Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  3. Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records.
  4. Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
  5. Handle email and chat support as required.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
  7. Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.
  2. Key Skills & Requirements:
  3. Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
  4. English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
  5. Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, billing, or customer support preferred).
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
