1. Organizing Kick off meeting for all assigned new order with Internal stake Holders for smooth order transfer.
2. Preparation and control of schedules/project plans for all orders.
3. Conduct regular planning & review meetings to ensure project timelines.
4. Single window for all communication with Customer in regard to approvals, project schedules and delivery plans.
5. Organizing Inspections as required under QAP.
6. Coordination with site team for schedules and ensuring project timelines.
7. Project milestone update to customer.
8. Coordination with design team for the detail engineering.
9. Cost management/Budget control with the help of senior manager.
10. SAP Knowledge would be an extra advantage.
11. Coordination with site team for project closure.
12. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
13. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like SAP & MS Project is a plus.
3. Ability to work with team to achieve goals.
