1. Business analysis including communicating at all levels effectively.
2. Documenting requirements, technical specifications and user guides.
3. Development coding individually or assisting other team members.
4. Potentially participating in code reviews or solution architecture discussions.
5. Keeping abreast of latest technical advances.
6. Programming work using the coding skills above.
7. Participating in project management meetings when necessary.
8. Follow and ensure the project team adheres to the process defined by the organization.

1. Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science or related certifications and minimum 1 years of actual work experience.
2. Should have sound knowledge of software development life cycle and hands-on coding experience.
3. Coding skills/technologies required: C# .NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery, Angular
4. Other coding skills/technologies that would be a bonus: NET MVC, JQuery, Bootstrap, DNN (DotNetNuke), Crystal Reports, Oracle, SQL Server
5. Understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
6. An understanding of Object-Oriented Design and design patterns.
7. Problem solving, debugging & troubleshooting skills.
