2. Continuously monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Nagios Grafana Splunk or custom dashboards
3. Incident Management
4. Acknowledge log and categorize incidents perform initial triage and resolution for known issues
5. Alert Handling
6. Respond to system alerts and take predefined actions or escalate as necessary
7. Job Monitoring
8. Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion
9. Ticket Management
10. Create update and close tickets in ITSM tools example ServiceNow Remedy
11. Communication
12. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and escalate critical issues to L2 L3 teams
13. Documentation
14. Maintain runbooks SOPs and incident logs for knowledge sharing and audit purposes
15. Shift Operations
16. Work in rotational shifts 24 bar 7 support model including weekends and holidays
