Software Engineer

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective project execution.
2. Support and coach the team in agile practices to continually improve their performance and process.
3. Collaborate with product owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories and tasks.
4. Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
5. Foster a culture of open communication and feedback within the team to encourage collaboration and trust.
6. Work with stakeholders and team members to manage resource allocation, project scope, and timelines.
7. Track project progress and produce meaningful metrics and reports to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
8. Advocate for agile principles and practices within the team and organization, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
9. Guide teams in estimating tasks and setting realistic and achievable goals.
10. Monitor and help manage cross-team dependencies.

1. Proven experience and success working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating agile teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban.
3. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in using agile project management tools - JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress.
6. High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
