1. Approach to zero breakdown.
2. Compile operational records, such repair and maintenance statistics, test results.
3. Find out root cause and implement counter measures.
4. Monitor tool and Spare parts inventories and the condition.
5. Maintain & maintenance of shop to ensure adequate working conditions.
6. Implement continues improvement projects, energy conservation projects.
7. Manage and review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
8. Safety compliance as per Tenneco safety standard guidelines.
9. Execution of energy conservation projects.
