Associate Solutions Engineer

1. Responsible for building Demo and POC environments for the field-based Solution Consulting & Sales teams that are then delivered to potential customers
2. Act as an internal Gainsight Admin of Solutions Engineering Operations POD for the Gainsight product suite i.e. CS, PX, CC, SJ and ST demo environments
3. Configuring and maintaining internal and cross functional master demo environments with new releases and up-to-date features
4. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to get the new updates incorporated into demos
5. Analyze the data and design the solution to align with business needs and use cases
6. Configure the Gainsight platform to align with the unique needs and technical requirements of potential customers

1. Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services related is required, SaaS experience is preferred
2. Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years of CRM, databases, data integration processes. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
3. Solid technical skills and aptitude are required - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
4. Solid Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
5. Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and senior leaders stakeholders
6. Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
7. Capability to be dynamic and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
8. Passion to be an expert on the product and for being part of a fast growing company
9. Strong communication, presentation, consultative skills
10. Gainsight experience/certification is a plus
11. B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent
