Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to customer applications questions and analyzes potential issues using diagnostic tools and recommending corrective actions
  2. Develop and maintain positive customer relations by delivering outstanding customer service
  3. Coordinate with various functions within the Company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in providing customer support
  2. Excellent English communication (Oral and Written)
  3. Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability required
  4. Good computer software skills and multitasking capabilities
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  7. Flexibility in working hours. Ability to work different shifts, which may include weekends
