Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-specific support issues.
  2. Install and maintain enterprise and/or laboratory application software, including dedicated hardware.
  3. Complete change requests and qualifications.
  4. Liaise with other internal groups and vendors to determine and successfully implement solutions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  2. 0 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  3. General understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux).
  4. Ability to interact with relational databases (primarily Oracle, some SQL Server).
  5. Basic support knowledge of desktop operating systems and efficiency applications (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio).
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to see issue resolution through to completion.
  7. Positive attitude and dedication to high-quality work.
  8. Key Area of Expertise Required - Power Automate / .Net
