1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Participate in solution design and assist in application development activities.
3. Provide day-to-day operational support for Hyperion Planning & Essbase systems.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform reliability.
5. Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and other MasterCard groups to deliver system enhancements and support.
6. Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices for financial systems.

1. Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM; familiarity with financial processes and reporting; experience with scripting and automation is a plus.
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
