1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, analyze technical issues and troubleshooting complex scenarios and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
2. Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue reports and route to the development team accordingly.
3. Build and maintain a repository of customer knowledge to assist in quicker issue identification and resolution.

1. Ability to empathize with customers and understand their challenges and pain points.
2. Problem-Solving Skills like strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
3. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between development and customer facing teams.
5. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
