Responsibilities
  1. Support all day-to-day mechanical design activities for assigned engineering programs in alignment with organizational standards and project schedules.
  2. Create and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using UG NX.
  3. Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), tolerance analysis, and material selection best practices.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site Program Engineers to resolve design issues.
  5. Support concept development, design maturation, and release activities across the product lifecycle.
  6. Evaluate materials with respect to lifecycle performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  7. Generate and review technical documentation such as service bulletins, engineering letters, and design change documentation.
  8. Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to drive technically sound design decisions.
  9. Exposure to UG NX Electrical Routing and block diagrams is considered an added advantage.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design or related engineering roles.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with UG NX (Mechanical and/or Electrical) – mandatory.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Eligibility to work in accordance with applicable export control and regulatory requirements.
