Responsibilities
  1. Providing customer-focused support to address inquiries and resolve issues in technical and business chat.
  2. Resolving problems while collaborating with teams to reduce piracy and infringement on Akamai-hosted content.
  3. Leading investigations across Akamai's Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery for customers.
  4. Analyzing account queries and technical issues across Akamai's networks while proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
  1. Possess 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience and education in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  2. Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
  3. Be well versed in how the internet works, it's underlying protocols with understanding of DNS, TTP/S, TCP.
  4. Have basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
  5. Be able to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues to stakeholders of varying
  6. technical ability
