Qualifications Required
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, Computer, engineering or administrative or equivalent Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex’s functional standards.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently manage and coordinate all aspects of projects assigned to ensure proper design and solution.
- Participate in strategic planning and development of the enterprise architecture.
- Define, design, implement and holds up infrastructure & application solutions.
- Prepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.
- Ensure knowledge pertaining to new implementations and technologies are adequately divided into the team.
- Ensure adequate monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of the solutions, Service-Now incidents and Baan.
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers and cross functional teams.
