Qualifications Required
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a technical operations role.
- Basic understanding of application support frameworks (L1/L2/L3).
- Familiarity with server environments (Linux preferably), logs, and monitoring dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to troubleshoot issues.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to e‑commerce platform administration

- Escalate issues to L3 teams when required, with proper technical context and documentation.
