Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science. Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work. Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting. Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for creating clean, user-friendly dashboards that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Leading healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers Implementing enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions. Determining the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions. Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
