Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. 1-3 years of related experience. Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate. Solid understanding of delegation, performance optimization, and error handling in Power Apps. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational, and documentation skills Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of development tools, platform limitations, security, and business usage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Implement conversational flows and structured prompts to create effective and engaging user experiences. Integrate Copilot Studio agents with other Power Platform components and external systems. Develop and maintain custom topics, actions, and knowledge sources within Copilot Studio. Monitor, analyze, and optimize agent performance using analytics and user feedback.
