Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate.
- Solid understanding of delegation, performance optimization, and error handling in Power Apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, and documentation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of development tools, platform limitations, security, and business usage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implement conversational flows and structured prompts to create effective and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with other Power Platform components and external systems.
- Develop and maintain custom topics, actions, and knowledge sources within Copilot Studio.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize agent performance using analytics and user feedback.
