Qualifications
- Troubleshooting experience using log analysis, DB queries, understanding of integrated systems.
- Experience using ticketing platforms like Jira , ServiceNow.
- Technical knowledge of database queries, scripts, understanding of technical platforms, any programming languages and APIs
- Customer service experience with exceptional stakeholder management and good communication skills.
- Experience in Cyber Security Domain.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will partner closely with teams across COG Technology to advise, deliver, and guide the adoption of PAM capabilities.
- Work to decrease toil through automation, uplift cybersecurity maturity, and drive PAM compliance and control monitoring activities.
- Additionally, you will support increment planning by contributing to user stories and feature releases, engaging users through showcases and workshops. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining end-user documentation and providing L1 support.
