Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services related is required, SaaS experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years of CRM, databases, data integration processes. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
- Solid technical skills and aptitude are required - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
- Solid Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and senior leaders stakeholders
- Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Capability to be dynamic and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to be an expert on the product and for being part of a fast growing company
- Strong communication, presentation, consultative skills
- Gainsight experience/certification is a plus
- B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building Demo and POC environments for the field-based Solution Consulting & Sales teams that are then delivered to potential customers
- Act as an internal Gainsight Admin of Solutions Engineering Operations POD for the Gainsight product suite i.e. CS, PX, CC, SJ and ST demo environments
- Configuring and maintaining internal and cross functional master demo environments with new releases and up-to-date features
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to get the new updates incorporated into demos
- Analyze the data and design the solution to align with business needs and use cases
- Configure the Gainsight platform to align with the unique needs and technical requirements of potential customers
