Qualifications Required

Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio). Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation. Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards. Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
