Job Description & Responsibilities

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Engage in testing and debugging processes to enhance application functionality
Qualifications
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with application development methodologies. Understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Experience with scripting languages relevant to application development. Knowledge of database management and data integration techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
