Qualifications
- Development and support of SAP BI environment in collaboration with finance/accounting stakeholders.
- Ongoing development and maintenance of SAP Web Intelligence reporting platform.
- Responsible for creating and updating existing Webi and Crystal reports.
- Should have strong knowledge on data modeling (BI Universe both UDT and IDT).
- Engage with users to understand their needs and develop/maintain reports and update the BI Universe based on the requirements.
- Good understanding of SAP BI upgrade process.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and solid SQL knowledge are essential.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with other BI tools such as Power BI.
- Communicate BI problems or issues, facilitate and track through an escalation process.
- Ability to have a good grasp of the details and manage multiple priorities. Able to work in a quick turnaround environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Superior attention to detail and quality required.
- Proven ability to adopt new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Have a thorough understanding of SAP Business Intelligence, Crystal Reports and data integration and be responsible for designing and implementing business requirements as well as data accuracy in reports.
- Support the team in day-to-day SAP Business Intelligence development and support, monitoring the production environment, identifying and fixing issues, and improving system performance.
- As this role involves daily interaction with the finance/accounting department, it is essential that you have a good background in finance/accounting, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
