Qualifications Required

Strong experience as a DBA with expertise in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, RDS, Aurora). Proficiency in NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for search and indexing. Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka for distributed data processing, and event stores like Axon Server.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Manage and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, RDS, Aurora) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Implement and maintain search solutions using Elasticsearch. Develop and manage messaging systems using Kafka for real-time data streaming, and event stores like Axon ServerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and availability. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Automate database operations using scripting (Shell, Liquibase) and tools like Ansible. Support CloudOps initiatives across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and infrastructure provisioning. Drive engagement and motivate the team to success; Be committed to continuously challenge self for the better; Adhere to small and consistent increments that can deliver value and impact to the business; Have Agile and growth mindsets; and strive for excellence.
