Qualifications
- Education Graduate/Engineer in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of backend applications and components
- Build reusable components as desirable during implementation.
- Implement modules as per the standards and guidelines.
- Ensure effective unit test cases are written as part of the development.
- Work effectively and independently as well as in team within the provided timeline
- Proactively fix defects as and when found and strive to keep the stability of the application intact.
- Laisse with architects for design and implementation
- Partner with team and during planning and implementation phase to ensure the timely delivery of the committed stories.
- Actively participate in requirement discussion during grooming and planning
- Mentor new members and junior developers showing positivity and clear direction.
- Demonstrate ownership and show accountability for the respective application/domain.
- Willing to be part of a squad which owns end to end responsibilities including production support.
