Qualifications Required

Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, Automobile Engineering, or related engineering discipline Applicants with a strong academic record (typically CGPA of 7.0 or above) are encouraged to apply Strong engineering fundamentals (design, materials, mechanics, manufacturing processes) Exposure to CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, NX or equivalent) Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering documentation

Key Responsibilities

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to Weir’s zero-harm behaviors in support of the drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Support design and development of new products through creation and modification of CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Assist in component and assembly optimisation using engineering tools and prescribed processes. Participate in feasibility studies, prototype builds, testing, and design validation activities. Follow stage-gate and product development processes to ensure timely and structured execution of NPD projects.
