Product Analyst PTC - Hiring 2026
PTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our Core Software Operations and Support (SO&S) team where you will have the opportunity to work with PTC’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Product Line. As part of global SO&S team, you will provide support for PTC's Windchill® based PLM environments which can be either SaaS or hosted or on-premises. Your will analyze and investigate technical issues to develop professional assistance and solutions that meet the highest quality standards. The goal is to meet the high demands of our end customers who use PTC PLM solutions in a mission-critical environment. To do so, you provide high-quality support services to our customers and partners, reducing their support efforts, eliminating risks, and promoting best customer service experience.

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of Windchill functionality/configuration Administration
- Freshers with strong Java & Database Knowledge
- Good command on Java and Database is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Operating System basic Administration skills (Windows/Unix)
- Basic understanding of networking and configurations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality queries with Windchill Products
- Provide a customer centric service through their understanding of the customers’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes
- Developing expert level knowledge of the Windchill installation and functionality issue and keep PTC Knowledgebase evolved.
- Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, investigation of technical problems and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to customer
