Qualifications Required

ITI Experience of 0-3 years in the relevant field

Key Responsibilities

Take a thorough handover from the previous shift, including reviewing productivity concerns, safety issues, quality problems, breakdowns, rejections, and any other relevant matters. Verify all rejections and concerns reported by the previous shift. Maintain 5S standards for the machine and the surrounding work area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Complete the Operator Check Sheet at the start of each shift. Understand and prepare for material, mold, fixture, and font (printing) changeovers. Coordinate with the Supervisor or Team Leader to discuss changeover plans and arrange necessary materials in advance.
