Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Hands-on experience in injection molding process, specifically in automotive industry
- Excellent problem solving and analytical Skills
- Knowledge of PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, MSA & SPC
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced and changing environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge and practical experience of Six sigma Green Belt (Preferrable)
- Knowledge of IATF19649 & ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with willingness to explore & learn new Technologies
- Good English communication along with hands on experience in MS Office tools
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality policies and processes; attending training sessions on quality concepts and tools.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools.
- Working with various teams to facilitate internal and external quality issue resolution.• Working with suppliers to confirm understanding of inspection techniques, and reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on quality discrepancies.
