Qualifications Required

Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building backend services or tools. Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or HuggingFace (project/internship experience acceptable). Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-based architectures (RAG). Basic experience working with vector stores and RESTful APIs. Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker). Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work in a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to implement GenAI features in internal network management tools. Assist in developing prompt flows, vector store integrations, and LLM-based applications using LangChain or similar frameworks. Help build and maintain APIs and tools that leverage AI for summarization, correlation, or diagnostics. Contribute to the development of natural language interfaces and self-service tooling for operations teams. Follow secure coding practices, maintain high-quality code, and participate in peer reviews and testing.
