Qualifications Required

Freshers with Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Industry relevant technology certifications are highly desired but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

24/7 Monitoring and troubleshooting Application and Infrastructure issues (Incident Tracking and Resolution). Support model (3 shifts/Day model - 6 am-3 pm IST, 1 pm-10 pm IST, 9 pm-6 am IST) with shifts currently scheduled for 5 days per week. Develop, collect, maintain, and distribute key technology metrics for reliability and performance. Participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to Application Release, establishing monitoring and supporting Infrastructure build-out in the Cloud. Manage and maintain Support and Observability tool sets. Act as a liaison to the technical, functional and business stakeholder, facilitating communication between Development, QA, Product Management, Technical Operations, and Segment business leaders. Develop, facilitate, and maintain best-of-breed product support tools, including run books, monitoring, and knowledge bases. Automation of tasks using Python, Terraform and Powershell etc.
