Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Participate in solution design and assist in application development activities.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for Hyperion Planning & Essbase systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform reliability.
• Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and other MasterCard groups to deliver system enhancements and support.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices for financial systems.
