Qualifications
- Qualifications needed as per the position.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain backup and recovery solutions using Cohesity, EMC NetWorker, and Isilon systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud - OCI preferred
- Perform routine backup operations, monitor backup jobs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage data restores as requested, ensuring data integrity and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures and related incidents.
- Develop and maintain backup job documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation and incident resolution.
- Follow established best practices and compliance requirements for data protection.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support for critical backup and recovery issues
- Participate in audits and support disaster recovery exercises.
