Qualifications Required

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration, including compute, networking, storage, and security fundamentals
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments for supporting platform operations
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for operational support tasks
Knowledge about any MDM solutions, JAVA applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating and supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes environments.
Support database management activities in Oracle and Cassandra database.
Support deployment activities and planned maintenance windows with minimal customer impact.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related production issues and escalate when required.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
