Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role Aptitude to acquire deeper product knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Data Model and Entity Relationship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Familiarity with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and remote desktop tools
