Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 0–1 years of experience in a Windows environment.
Responsibilities
- IT Request Management:
- Handle all IT service requests logged via the IT ticketing tool, including classification, approval routing, assignment to L2/L3 support, and follow-up until resolution.
- Incident Assessment & Escalation:
- Evaluate severity, impact, and risk of incidents. Escalate to appropriate L2/L3 teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Process & Policy Compliance:
- Adhere to established IT processes and policies during daily operations to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Project Support:
- Participate in IT project activities as assigned, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Problem Identification:
- Analyze incoming incidents to identify recurring issues or problem areas and communicate findings to relevant teams.
